Job Summary

We are seeking an Investment Associate to join our team, who will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investments, investing in and contributing to building portfolio companies shaping the future of sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and evaluating new investments in the decarbonization space
  • Investing in and contributing to building portfolio companies that are driving sustainability and innovation
  • Collaborating with the investment team to gain broad exposure to and learn from GPs, other investment professionals, and Venture and Operating partners with deep domain expertise
  • Developing investment theses, conducting financial analysis, providing support to portfolio companies, participating in investment decision-making, and contributing to fundraising efforts
Requirements
  • PhD in material science, chemical engineering or similar
  • One year of investing experience, preferably at a Venture Capital firm
  • Demonstrated industry experience and established connections in the field of decarbonization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, depending on experience, knowledge, and skills. We also offer a performance bonus plan based on individual performance and company success.
