Electronics Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team at Teledyne Instruments, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and tuning subassemblies and electromechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test subassemblies and electromechanical products
  • Read and interpret assembly prints, procedures, and schematics
  • Comply with all company safety policies and regulations
  • Pass company-provided IPC-J-STD-001 certification and IPC/WHMA-A-620-cable and harness assembly certification
  • Work with changing demands in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:

  • High school or trade school diploma
  • 2-4 years of technical experience or military technical training
  • Knowledge of basic test equipment and computer skills, including MS Office programs
  • Ability to lift 40-60 lbs and work in a production environment
