About the Role:

We are a dynamic real estate team dedicated to serving Minnesota and Wisconsin communities. As a residential sales consultant, you will be part of a team that combines innovative strategies with a personalized approach to help clients navigate the real estate process confidently.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to set and close appointments over the phone. A minimum of one year of work experience in real estate sales is required, and a competitive salary of $75,000+ per year is offered.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the best deal possible for the seller by conducting market analysis, scheduling listing presentations, and working closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts.
