Job Title: Clinical Nurse Educator NICU Interim

HCT Healthcare is seeking an experienced nursing leader to serve as a Clinical Nurse Educator for Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) at a 350-bed hospital in California.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff to improve care and advance patient care practices.
  • Serve as a leader, role model, and consultant for educational practices and patient care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in nursing (MSN) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of direct, clinical experience in Pediatric Intensive Care/Pediatrics combined with experience as a clinical educator.
  • License: Current CA RN license required.
  • Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS required.
  • Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred.
