Employment Law Specialist

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a skilled Employment Law Expert to join our network and provide flexible, variable hourly work to our clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to advise and support our small and mid-sized corporate clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on employment-related issues, including but not limited to: hiring practices, employment contracts, workplace policies, employee relations, discrimination, harassment, terminations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs and develop sound legal strategies.
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation as needed.
- Stay current on changes in employment law and advise clients on the implications of new legislation and case law.
- Collaborate with clients to develop proactive strategies aimed at minimizing legal risks in the workplace.
- Offer training and workshops to client HR teams on employment law compliance and best practices.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Arizona state bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably with experience advising mid-sized organizations.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the consultancy.
