About Your Role

Clarvida, a Pennsylvania-based organization, is seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with children, youth, and families in conjunction with Children & Youth Services. Your primary responsibility will be to support families in developing personalized family plans and providing written documentation to all parties involved within a week of the family meeting.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate family meetings, including pre-conference meetings with agencies as needed.
  • Schedule and conduct pre-conference home visits with families prior to the first conference, and as required by program policy.
  • Provide updates to families and referral sources as necessary, and maintain effective communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders.
Perks of the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Some highlights include:

  • A salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A $750 sign-on bonus, paid out in two installments of $250 and $500 after 90 and 180 days, respectively.
  • A typical schedule of 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate family needs.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field with 12 credits in Human Services.
  • Minimum Associate's Degree in a non-related field with 2 years of experience in Human Services.
  • A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a good driving record.
