Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dietitian to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Senior Dietitian, you will play a key role in directing and supervising personnel in the Food and Nutrition department to provide quality healthcare services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise personnel in the Food and Nutrition department to ensure quality healthcare services are provided to patients.
  • Collaborate with food service staff to provide nutritionally balanced and appetizing meals to patients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing nutrition programs and services to meet the needs of patients.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on nutrition-related topics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or related field (i.e. sports nutrition, exercise physiology, education).
  • Montana Nutritionist License within 6 months of hire.
  • National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialty upon hire.
  • Experience working in an acute care facility.
