Rural King, a leading farm and home store, is seeking a skilled Surveillance Technician to join our team. As a Surveillance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor camera systems to detect and prevent theft, productivity issues, and security policy violations.
  • Assist associates with the use of camera systems and review video footage to identify discrepancies.
  • Use specialized reports to review financial transactions and identify potential security risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on daily security incidents.
  • Support stores and customers with questions about store policies and procedures.
  • Review video footage of significant events and provide detailed reports to management and law enforcement.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of surveillance experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address security issues.
  • Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
