Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in the State of Pennsylvania
  • One year of experience working with the frail and elderly population or willingness to participate in extensive training
  • Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening
