Bowling and Events Team Professional

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Bowling and Events Team Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth operation of our bowling department.
Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience at our facility. Your duties will include:
- Conducting alcohol and age restriction controls in accordance with company policies;
- Implementing lost and found procedures in line with company guidelines;
- Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs in departmental work processes;
- Maintaining confidentiality of all company policies and procedures;
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent;
- Preferred one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have good mobility and flexibility in small spaces. Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance may be required.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
