Are you a motivated individual with experience in the restaurant/food industry?

We are seeking talented General Managers to play a crucial role in operating our store daily.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining a fast, friendly customer experience.
  2. Keeping a clean, organized kitchen.
  3. Ensuring continuous flow of high-quality cookies.
  4. Training bakers to provide great customer service.
  5. Working alongside the crew (this will be roughly 85% to 90% of your time).
  6. Managing Assistant General Manager, shift managers, and bakers.
  7. Addressing employee questions and concerns.
  8. Handling back-of-the-house work such as training, interviewing, ordering, scheduling, and communicating with partner vendors.
  9. Regularly coordinating and communicating with owners.

Upon successful completion of the 90-day training period, manager compensation and benefits will begin.

Essential Qualifications:

At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management (Preferred not required)

Valid Driver's License (Required)

ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (Preferred but if you do not have, will pay for certification)

Job Requirements:

  1. Ability to lift packages between 10-55 lbs
  2. Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift
  3. Climb a ladder

Work Environment:

  1. Crumbl shirts and hat (required to be worn at each shift) will be provided
  2. Black pants
  3. Black sneakers
  4. No jewelry

Software Skills:

  1. Proprietary software (Crumbl platform)
  2. Apple products (Apple TV, iPads)
  3. When I Work
  4. Slack

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Taking ownership of all operational aspects
  2. Training all roles including bakers, shift leads, and delivery drivers
  3. Knowing your team well enough to identify employees who may want further training to advance to the next level/role
  4. Maintaining set standards such as cleanliness and quality control
  5. Creating work schedules and addressing any schedule gaps
  6. Tracking sales and calculating healthy labor cost
  7. Managing new applications, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  8. Sharing and enforcing state and corporate policies and rules
  9. Addressing and documenting any employee disputes and infractions
  10. Interacting with customers and resolving any service issues
  11. Stepping into various roles when the store needs help such as baker, delivery, restocking
