We are seeking a skilled Optical Sales Specialist to join our team at the Dayton Optometric Center location. As an Optical Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional eye care services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, helping them choose the right eyewear based on their prescription and style preferences.
  • Prescription Interpretation: Read and dispense prescriptions from doctors, ensuring accurate and timely service.
  • Frame and Lens Selection: Advise patients on lens options and frame styles, ensuring a perfect fit.
  • Measurements: Take precise measurements for a proper fit, ensuring patient comfort and vision accuracy.
  • Adjustments and Repairs: Adjust and repair eyewear for comfort and vision accuracy, ensuring patient satisfaction.
  • Sales: Promote products and drive sales while maintaining product knowledge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other staff to provide excellent patient care, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
