Key Responsibilities:

As a Merchandise Presentation Specialist at T.J. Maxx, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of merchandise presentation plans and priorities for assigned departments. This includes maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and following established merchandising procedures and standards. Additionally, you will train and mentor Associates on merchandise guidelines, protection standards, and established best methods.

Your goal will be to create an engaging and visually appealing store environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that merchandise is presented in a way that meets the needs of our customers.
