Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team. This role involves a direct hire opportunity with a competitive incentive bonus for new hires.


Work Schedule:

This is a first shift position, commencing at 6:00 AM and concluding at 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. There are ample opportunities for overtime.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute production powder coating processes.
  • Perform part masking and washing duties.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of the paint line.
  • Organize parts washing by color scheme.

Essential Duties:

Apply powder paint to products requiring high-quality finishes. Ensure the maintenance of production paperwork flow. Keep the workspace organized and clean. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.


Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Competence in reading and writing to follow work orders and prepare basic production reports.
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect finished parts.
  • Must meet the requirements of a Spirometry (respiratory) test.

Job Type:

Compensation:

The hourly pay rate is $19.34.


Expected Work Hours:

A minimum of 40 hours per week is anticipated.


Schedule Options:
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as required
