We are seeking a skilled painter to join our production team. This role involves applying powder coatings to various products, ensuring high-quality finishes are achieved consistently.

• Execute powder coating processes on company products.
• Maintain organized production paperwork and ensure a clean work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks.
• Participate in part preparation, including washing and masking.
• Manage the loading and unloading of parts on the paint line.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Physical capability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete production reports.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect finished products.
• Ability to meet the requirements of a Spirometry (respiratory) test.

This is a full-time position with a structured schedule. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment with opportunities for overtime.

The hourly wage for this position is competitive, reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate.
