Agriculture Equipment Operator Job Summary

Mkc Co is seeking a skilled Agriculture Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Agriculture Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for delivering and applying agronomy products to grower's fields using company spraying, spreading, and tendering equipment. You will operate state-of-the-art crop input equipment with the latest technology and perform required maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and apply agronomy products to grower's fields using company equipment.
  • Operate and maintain crop input equipment, including repair and maintenance.
  • Mix fertilizer and chemicals properly in accordance with quality standards.
  • Report inventory needs and discrepancies to Agronomy Operations Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Ensure safe product handling procedures and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Actively work to increase personal knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions.
  • Commercial Driver's License (A) with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements.
  • Custom Applicator's License (1A).
Working Conditions:

The job involves work inside a climate-controlled office atmosphere and outside in hot and cold weather. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
