  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately while remaining accountable for patient care outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on healthcare.
  • Current licensure in Washington State as a Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Preferred experience in a hospital environment or equivalent settings.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and financial assistance programs is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
