RV Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Blue Compass RV, a leading RV company with over 100+ dealerships across the country. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.

Key Responsibilities- Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
- Provide estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep customers apprised of work progress.
- Ability to communicate with customers and internal staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Solid computer system ability and awareness.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
- Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
- Previous automotive experience is preferred.
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
- The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
