Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Sales Engineer to drive the technical top-of-funnel stage of our sales process. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for articulating Retool's technical and product value proposition. Your primary goal will be to generate a qualified pipeline from inbound trial sign-ups, leading high-level discovery calls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative messaging strategies to engage new users and drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Schedule meetings with prospects and become a subject matter expert in Retool, answering technical questions about the platform.
  • Lead Zoom conversations with new users to understand their Retool use cases and maintain a clean and organized book of accounts using Salesforce.
  • Relay product and user feedback to internal teams across Retool and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics.
