Tenet Massachusetts is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a nursing role in Ashland, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
This position entails delivering direct clinical patient care. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care for assigned patients during each shift. Additionally, the role includes supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The RN will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, while also managing clinical staff competency and resource allocation related to patient care.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
Preferred: An academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
Licensure:
Required: Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by state law and regulations.
