Job Description

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES NORTHEAST, I is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the branch's sales and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and high sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage and control branch expenses, including inventory, supplies, and other operational costs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
