Cyber Instructor

Job Summary:

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Instructor to join our team in the Herndon, VA area. As a Cyber Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and presenting complex training programs for customers and in-house employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and present training programs on complex cyber security topics

Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and staff officers to identify program needs and schedule programs

Assess trainees to measure their learning progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training presentations

Conduct training programs on complex topics and design and develop training program elements/modules

Provide guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field

Minimum 5 years of experience in course delivery and instruction, including preparation of technical training courses using multiple methods of learning

Minimum 2 years of Sponsor specific cyber operational experience

Strong oral and written communication skills, including expressing facts and complex technical ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately to a diverse audience

Clearance Requirements:

Must have active Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain FSP clearance

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position will be expected to work at customer site in a classified environment for certain aspects of the role. In addition, the person in this position will be expected to spend some of their time providing instruction at an offsite, UNCLASS location.
