Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
  • Counsel customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information and required documentation.
  • Maintain controlled medication and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement business solutions to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
  • Model and enforce proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs are successfully resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
