Job Title: Cloud Services Director

LTIMindtree is seeking a seasoned Cloud Services Director to lead our Google Cloud Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving demand generation activities, collaborating with industry vertical sales and Google sales teams, and executing campaigns for new account openings and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage Google Cloud partnership to drive demand generation and collaborate with industry vertical sales and Google sales teams to execute campaigns.
  2. Identify and incubate Google Cloud opportunities from internal and external audiences.
  3. Proactively generate Google Cloud opportunities using industry, IT landscape, and market knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with LTIM and Google teams to scale Google Partner Influenced revenue.
  5. Hold sales conversations with CXO's and direct reports to influence point of view.
  6. Understand Google Cloud services, products, organization structure, and incentives programs.
  7. Maximize Google incentives programs to create lucrative deal structures.
  8. Build and scale pipeline from scratch and showcase minimum 40-50% conversion ratio.
  9. Adapt to scale in a competitive, pervasive, and flexible cloud structure to contribute to expanding GBU.
  10. Work with Practice Units to create Google Cloud-led offers for the industry.
Requirements:
  1. 12+ years of experience in cloud computing, application modernization, cloud-native engineering, integration technologies, infrastructure modernization, large-scale migrations to cloud, digital marketing transformation, data analytics, AI, and ML on cloud.
  2. Playing the role of Solutions Architect or having managed a team of architects in the past is a strong plus.
