Job Title: Senior Application Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer to join our team at GovServicesHub. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement computer systems and applications for LARA
  • Provide technical support to other team members and agency customers
  • Serve as a Technical Consultant to the client to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes
  • Support and enhance the agencies' business needs through the maintenance and modification of existing Accela applications
  • Develop new applications to support the needs of the client Application Development Section

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access
  • 5 years of experience with reporting (AD HOC, Crystal reports, and SSRS)
  • 5 years of experience in the Accela environment with design, development, code review, and testing
  • 5 years of experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS
  • 5 years of experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow, and expression)
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • 5 years of experience promoting changes using Accela's Configuration Manager exports/imports
  • Experience with SVN and GIT code repositories
  • Desired experience with Accela GIS, Accela Mobile apps, and Accela Data Migration Tool

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CSM Certification
  • PSM Certification
