Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accela Application Developer to join our team at MSys Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Accela applications to support multiple agencies and business processes
  • Provide technical support to team members and agency customers
  • Develop solutions and streamline critical business processes as a Technical Consultant
  • Maintain and modify existing Accela applications to meet business needs
  • Develop new applications to support the needs of the client Application Development Section
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access
  • Experience with reporting (AD HOC, Crystal reports, and SSRS)
  • Experience in the Accela environment with design, development, code review, and testing
  • Experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS
  • Experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow, and expression)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Experience promoting changes using Accela's Configuration Manager exports/imports
  • Experience with SVN and GIT code repositories
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Accela GIS
  • Experience with Accela Mobile apps
  • Understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations
  • Experience with Accela Data Migration Tool
