Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Partner with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, formulate technology visions, and create product roadmaps and business cases.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of internal product or automation initiatives.
  • Define and prioritize product features, functionality, and user experience to ensure a product that delivers business value.
  • Create user stories, business process flow diagrams, and procedural documentation.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with product developers to iteratively enhance the product.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are fulfilled and timelines are met.
  • Assist stakeholders in tracking product performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the Microsoft Power Platform.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles, including experience in developing new applications, automating business processes, agile delivery, change management, and product support.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Curious, comfortable with uncertainty, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement aligned with business goals.
  • Effective communicator and facilitator with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Experience in continuous improvement, lean methodologies, process reengineering, or design thinking.
  • Proficient in advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key themes and root causes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or other low-code and RPA tools.
