As a General Manager, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service, meet or exceed sales and profit goals, and ensure the smooth operation of your store. This role requires strong leadership, people skills, and retail experience. You will be the face of the store and responsible for implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include leading your team, meeting sales and profit goals, serving as a mentor, and protecting company assets. Requirements include an associate's degree or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years of management experience, strong retail sales experience, and excellent communication skills.
