At Milford Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Care Nurse to join our team. This is a 36 hour per week position, working from 7pm to 7am, with varying days and every other weekend and holiday.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience in emergency care to provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- To collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes.
- To maintain accurate and timely records of patient care activities, including documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- At least 2 years of experience in emergency care.
- BLS certification required. ACLS and PALS certifications also required.
- COVID-19 booster or declination is required to work on-site at our facility.
- A competitive salary of $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
