Clinical Services Specialist

AHRC NYC seeks a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to lead the Crisis Respite Transition Program (CRTP), providing trauma-informed clinical and residential supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with licensure as a mental health clinician.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing CRTP operations, including staff supervision and training
- Ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations
- Developing and implementing program policies and procedures
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote quality care
Requirements:
- Master's level clinician with at least 3 years of related experience
- Licensed mental health clinician preferred
- Knowledge of developmental and intellectual disabilities and experience working with I/DD and psychiatric disorders
- Ability to work independently and manage stress
The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
