Reliability Engineer Lead

Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and managing quality control processes and procedures for the design, manufacturing, and testing of ASVs.
- Ensuring that our products adhere to all relevant industry standards, regulations, and DoD requirements, maintaining proper documentation and certifications.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of components and materials used in our ASVs.
- Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective action to enhance product quality and performance.
