Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing advanced treatment and comprehensive care to patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs and physician direction.
  • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
  • Design functional treatment programs to enable effective return to community activities.
  • Provide education to patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience.
  • Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
