We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Leader to join our Hospital Medicine team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, including attending interdisciplinary rounds, communicating with the care team, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- Lead the Hospital Medicine Team: As a Physician Leader, you will oversee the inpatient experience, provide follow-up care, and support hospital medical staff and other area physicians.
- Communicate Effectively: You will communicate health status and treatment plans to patients, families, and hospital staff, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
- Document Patient Information: You will maintain accurate and complete records for patient care and billing purposes.
- Doctorate of Medicine: You must hold a Doctorate of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- Current Physician License: You must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Colorado.
- Certifications: You must hold current certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association, and may require additional certifications depending on the practice setting.
