About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients as they navigate the recovery process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with patient admissions and discharges
  • Performing hourly building rounds to ensure patient safety
  • Completing room searches throughout the facility
  • Administering toxicology screenings
  • Supervising wellness and family group activities
  • Guiding patients through the challenges of recovery
  • Addressing patient behaviors using a patient-centered approach
