We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the CICU, utilizing advanced nursing skills and knowledge of cardiac and medical critical care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological issues, utilizing advanced life support skills and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance patient care and nursing practice.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
