RN - Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a Cardiac ICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with cardiac conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with cardiac conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform care decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
