The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and troubleshoot malfunctions in hatchery machinery based on comprehensive specifications. This position involves conducting setups and safety inspections on all hatchery production apparatus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform necessary repairs.
- Execute routine safety checks and ensure optimal operation of hatchery systems.

Qualifications:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m. until tasks are completed.
- Must be available for on-call duties.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including cold, wet, dusty, and warm settings.
- Familiarity with handling chemicals is essential.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is required.
- Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and Hot Work safety guidelines is necessary.
