Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components within our production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on various industrial machinery and systems, encompassing both electrical and electronic components.
  • Perform analyses on equipment failures, including both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to operate test equipment, gathering performance data on parts and assemblies under diverse operating conditions.
  • Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Assist in diagnosing malfunctions in test equipment, providing necessary service and repairs.
  • Maintain organized records and manage the ordering of electrical spare parts.
  • Willingness to work in designated facilities as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology.
  • Must successfully complete the skilled trades assessment for this role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting is essential, along with familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and combustion systems.
  • Understanding of wiring diagrams, engineering schematics, solid-state devices, and electronic testing equipment is required.
  • Knowledge of relay logic and programmable controller logic is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and operate at heights up to 28 feet.

  • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
