Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of retail and pharmacy professionals to maintain a safe and inviting environment for guests.
  • Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of cannabis products.
  • Provide accurate dosage recommendations to customers based on their individual needs.
  • Conduct educational sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of cannabis pharmacology, patient interaction, and compliance protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, including changes in regulations, new product developments, and emerging research.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and adhere to privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Be flexible and available regarding scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you're applying.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and pharmacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Flexibility and availability regarding scheduling.

Compensation:

$55 - $65 USD per hour
