Job Summary

Mactac North America is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
  • Perform general setup and maintenance of equipment
  • Prepare materials for production and load/unload materials from machines
  • Monitor machine operation and track finished products
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and teams

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Physical Demands:

Lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs., standing for 8+ hours, twisting, bending, and varying temperatures
