Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the hand therapy clinic while delivering exceptional patient care
  • Supervise a team of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistants
  • Foster a positive work environment and guide staff performance
  • Facilitate effective communication with healthcare teams and patients
  • Manage administrative staff, payroll, and clinic policies
  • Coordinate patient care services throughout the practice
  • Document patient progress and uphold treatment plans
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical or Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license
  • Preferred Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation
  • Significant experience in Orthopedic Hand Therapy is highly desirable
  • Current CPR Certification
