Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to clinical staff on data analysis and reporting tools
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop reports to present findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows
• Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Epic electronic medical record system and other data analytics tools

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
