Malamut & Associates, LLC is seeking an attorney with at least 3-5 years' experience to support the Workers' Compensation Department in our offices located in Cherry Hill and Hoboken, NJ. The ideal candidate(s) will participate in the representation of public and private sector clients in responding to workers' compensation claims, representing carriers and third-party administrators in all phases of litigation. Individual(s) will maintain relationships and provide an excellent experience for clients.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor Degree, Admission to New Jersey Bar, and currently be in Good Standing with the New Jersey State Bar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong legal knowledge, are essential for this role. In addition, individual(s) will be tech-savvy, able to learn and use legal industry software applications.
