Job Title: Homeless Services Coordinator

Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary: $67,394.64 per year

Job Type: Full-time Exempt

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional evening and weekend shifts

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Homeless Services Coordinator to join our team at Hope Cooperative. The successful candidate will work closely with our Outreach and Engagement Center team to provide support services to individuals experiencing homelessness in Sacramento.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices in mental health recovery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by funders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in social services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
