About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Craftsman to join our team at Golden Corral. This individual will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory items, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

Responsibilities
  • Bake hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
  • Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain quality standards by following Golden Corral recipes and guidelines.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure that all baked goods are fresh, visually appealing, and hot when served.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
  • Follow local health department regulations and Golden Corral's quality control procedures.
Guest Service
  • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and courteous to guests.
  • Assist guests with selecting and purchasing baked goods.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
