Job Overview

  • Participate in regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and strategize for departmental objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a food production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain product quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for successful collaboration.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to upholding a clean and safe workplace in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Willingness to work beyond scheduled shifts as production demands require.
Work Schedule

Typical shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with hours subject to change based on shipping schedules and company needs.
