- Efficiently manage resources to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine production workflows and processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and strategize for departmental objectives.
- Experience in a food production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain product quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for successful collaboration.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to upholding a clean and safe workplace in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Willingness to work beyond scheduled shifts as production demands require.
Typical shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with hours subject to change based on shipping schedules and company needs.
