Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at GEO Corrections & Detentions. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Route incoming calls to the appropriate individual(s) and record messages
  • Greets, screens, and logs incoming visitors, assigning and tracking visitor badges as needed
  • Assigns temporary badges to GEO employees as required
  • Sends email notifications to staff
  • Performs other duties for the corporate office as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • One year of experience in a receptionist and/or customer service capacity
  • Pleasant demeanor, ability to multi-task, and provide superior customer service
  • Experience in office procedures and related clerical duties preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience using computers with knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs preferred
