Key Responsibilities
The essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Offering tailored insurance recommendations and quotes based on clients' unique needs and preferences.
• Handling client inquiries, policy modifications, and claims processing with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborating effectively with team members, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieving or surpassing goals to contribute to the agency's growth and team success while focusing on personal performance and development.
• Promoting a positive work atmosphere by encouraging teamwork, respect, and camaraderie among colleagues.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about insurance products and services.
• Staying informed about insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Adhering to agency policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, in all client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in policy administration and client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and insurance agency management software.
• Valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
