Job Title: Director of Manufacturing Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead our manufacturing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring error-free production processes, and driving process improvements.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with a proven track record of leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production activities, including production flow, engineering support, and process improvement.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in safety, ergonomics, productivity, and quality in manufacturing processes and tooling.
  • Provide technical guidance to maintenance and lead design for efficient product packaging.
  • Lead a team of production staff, manage shift changes, and conduct training and performance reviews.
