Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Odin Health And Rehab Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Essential Functions
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Assist with the admissions process, including assessments and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and track resident health, including wound care and infection control.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians and other caregivers.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a nurse, preferably in a geriatric setting.
